Appointments and diagnostics
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Diagnostic findings and repair estimates are based on the condition of the appliance at the time of inspection. Additional issues may become visible after disassembly or testing.
Authorization and payment
Repair work begins after the customer approves the estimate. Payment terms are provided on the estimate or invoice.
Warranty
Qualifying parts and labor supplied and installed by Honest Fix Appliance Repair include a 90-day repair warranty. Customer-supplied parts, plumbing or venting conditions, misuse, unrelated failures and pre-existing damage are excluded.
Safety
Stop using an appliance that is smoking, sparking, leaking heavily or creating an electrical or gas hazard. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
