What is included in a diagnostic appointment?
We inspect and test the appliance, identify the most likely cause and explain the recommended repair. You receive an estimate before additional repair work begins.
What should I send before the appointment?
Please share the appliance type, a short description of the problem and a photo of the model/serial number label when possible.
Do repairs include a warranty?
Qualifying parts and labor installed by Honest Fix include a 90-day repair warranty. Customer-supplied parts, plumbing issues and unrelated new failures are not covered.
Can I request same-day service?
Same-day or next-day appointments may be available. Check the online calendar or call us for the next opening.
Why is dryer and refrigerator maintenance important?
Lint can restrict dryer airflow, increase drying time and create an overheating or fire hazard. Dust-covered refrigerator coils can make the compressor run longer and use more electricity. Regular cleaning supports safer, more efficient operation.
